I'd like to retract my previous review. It was frustrating when I wasn't able to reach anyone for support, but, i decided to write again once more, and had finally received a response. With outlining the issue, I was able to successfully get my account finally verified (my card was updated, physically, and bore no name to prove that it belonged to me, among other issues). I'd like to really thank you for your response, as well as your assistance with the matter. I really appreciate it.
